300d Door Striker?

I have a 1984 300d turbo and I am having door issues.
The door striker on the back right door doesn't really allow the door to shut consistently. This is because the black plastic piece that goes in the door striker is missing/broken. Are the door strikers interchangeable between the front and the rear on this car?
