No Ac
Ok, so I did a search, but didnt really find what im lookin for. When I turn the AC on, it really doesnt sound like it is even kicking the compressor on at all. I am not a diesel mechanic, and not an AC expert, but on my old gassers, you can really feel it when it kicks on. Any fuses or anything I should look for before I start dumpin the cash into it? All the other functions of the climate control seem to work fine.

No, this means the fan is turning, but no cold air comes out. I dont notice the compressor coming on at all. I just get a bunch of hot air.

Your system is out of refrigerant and needs to be recharged. The compressor is not coming on because being out of refrigerant means the pressure switch won't be able to turn the AC on. Pressure switch failure could be a possibility too. jump the compressor clutch for a minute or two and see if you have any cold air coming out, if no, then plug it back in and recharge your system! If it's evacuated, this would be a good time to recharge with R134 and convert it over if it hasn't been done already!
