Question about IP compatability?
I have a 85 300SD and I was looking for a IP that I can send out to Myna Diesel so they can work their magic. In the process of looking for the pump I came across 2 IP's but the guy doesn't know what car they come of from but he did give me the serial numbers of both pumps.
IP #1. 82744158 PES5MW55/320RS15 0403 245 006 RW375/220MW19 IP #2. PES5M55C320RS168. 0400 0750956 6020701901ER6015 I am I right in assuming the pump that I want is IP #1 or will neither of these work?

You should use one that came of of another 85. There is some sort of electrical rack position sensor in it.

as far as I can see there are no wires going into the pump, but I will have to check again tomorrow when there is light outside. It is the MW pump that I would want to send out to Myna or was that the M pump?
