1985 300SD blowing the #10 fuse and I need help!

The #10 fuse is blowing. I have unplugged the CCU, monovalve, auxiliary water pump and the cabin temperature blower and it is still doing it. Any thoughts on what else might be causing it?
Thanks!

Here's a chart. Check #10 for other componants on the same circuit.

I started by unplugging everything on the #10 fuse one at a time based on the fuse legend and it is still blowing. I saw a post mentioning a worn wire by the neutral safety switch could blow the #10 fuse on a 2nd generation gasser but I haven't looked at that yet.
