Man, some good ideas here. I was thinkin for mine when it runs:

SLO 240 (D)

but modifying someone else's idea I like:

KLA CKY

KLCKLAK?

my favorites already posted:

PAS SME
DEE SUL
BLOCOAL <--lol

Traffic in Tucson moves pretty fast, so a vanity plate with a clever reference to your lack of acceleration would be actually pretty useful I think ^^.

Can't have it in Miz'sippi, for it's my plate:

PHOQUE
(which, really and truly, look it up... is French for 'seal')

Sorry if these have been mentioned, the thread is long.

Here in Las Vegas I saw a really nice looking 300TD with a vintage-style (solid blue w/ white letters) Nevada plate "Z W123" I wondered how many other drivers around got it...

The one I'm contemplating is DESL FTW (Diesel, for the win). It could easily be shortened to 6 by removing the "E".

I also wanted to get F U GAS, but I doubt it would pass inspection.

Or if all else fails, something benign like W201 DSL.

D-Cell...now that's just way too cool!! I just put vanity plates on my SEC. Here in Cali only $49 extra. The 9 week wait, though, was tough.

SPOOGE (my made-up name for heavy, deliberately created diesel smoke).

Um...

I've heard of "sooting" someone, preferably when their windows are open, but spooge is actually a word, at least one I've heard a good few times before, referring to a bodily fluid.

I like the SOOT4U plate, I might just have to see if it's available where I live! I just wince at the cost of the vanity plates here!

Hmmm, I just realised that nobody mentioned this...

http://www.acme.com/licensemaker/

Make whatever license plate saying you want and see how it really looks on the plate before you decide which one to get. Or just make pics of the funny ones you know will never pass inspection.
