ALDA needs to be adjusted as well as the banjo bolts

Find your intake log, on the back by the firewall their is a clear plastic line.. follow and inspect it for cracks or breaks.. If broken replace (cant rember part number)

then remove the bolt on the back of the intake that the plastic line goes to and clean it out. It is probably full of crud. also follow the line to the firewall then to the driver side of the engine to the Injection Pump. remove that banjo bolt on the ALDA and clean it, reinstall.

Report back ..

If that isnt enough you can always adjust the ALDA for more oomph off the line.

Unbolted the exhaust from the cats? That car shouldn't have a cat.

As TheDon said, work on the fuel side. There is more air than the IP can handle if everything is set-up correctly. If there isn't a proper boost signal to the IP, more air isn't going to result in more power.
