newbie help

Very soon I am going pick up a 1980 240D with 237,000 mile on it. It has been sitting for a little over 2 years. Hopefully after a little coaxing i can get her to crank. Any suggestions on what i should do first, since its been sitting for a while ?

There have been a couple of posts just like this one. Do a search for Newbie or Just picked up... and you will get the answers. Typically it will be the CHANGE ALL FULIDS AND FILTERS answer.

Was it YOU that bought the car from under me????
