Missing steps in FSM on CD 300SD

Can you believe it?

Missing steps 38 through 43 for the cylinder head install on the FSM on cd for the 300.SD.

dont think its on there. Does anybody have a way i can get that info? What a pain...will get the book

but need it to continue tomorrow..............................
