Vacuum leaks and shut off problem
 

My 1982 300SD will only shut off using the stop lever under the hood. I need to isolate a vacuum leak but do not know how to do it. Where do I look under the hood, and what is the easiest way to do this? What kind of tools will I need? Thanks if you can help. : ) :pleased:
