Question Tensioner pulley on 87 300D

How involved is this to replace and is there any tricks to it. Looking for any and all help.

Tensioner pulley

To replace the tensioner itself.

Had an accident which tweaked the pulley to an angle and want to replace before I lose the belt and get stuck

The 87 300D is my only car
