Freon overcharge?????

This is for China, a 1980 240D with R-134a. It had some freon in it when I got the car, and had been holding pressure for about a year and a half.
It had a "resting" pressure of 75psi {if psi is the correct term) at 80 degrees after I got the car running. At a higher idle, low side was 17 and high side was 145.
OK, low on freon. But HOW MUCH?? That is what is hard for me to judge.
I added 2oz of pag with 2oz of R-134a. I then added one 12oz can of R-134a. Pressures were 22 on low side and 225 at high side. Vent temp got down around 43 then, but remember, temp down at 80 and falling at the time.
I later added 2oz more of pag and R-134a.
Today, it was a solid 95 degrees, and the car was out in the sun. It was 150 inside the car! {Don't ever think tinted windows don't help. The other 2 with tinted windows were around 130} I digress......
So I connected the gauges. Well, the resting pressure was off the dial on the low side, which went past 120 about the equivalent of 135-140!! High side was about 145! These are resting pressures at 95+ degrees right in front of the car.
Started her up and turned on the AC and let it run until the aux fan came on and car came up to temp.
At low idle low side was about 47, high side about 310.
At higher idle, low side was 35-37, high side about 325.
Yesterday with the temp near 100 the car was getting about 50-61 degree vent temp.
What are yall's thoughts on my amount of freon, and the readings? Do I need to let a little out, or does it appear OK to ride it out as is?
If overcharged slightly, would letting some out achieve a possible lower vent temp?
Still learning and gaining knowledge on this AC stuff. Getting lots of practice.....

Based on the chart that I pulled out of http://www.autoacfotum.com/aacf/ptchart.cfm

Low side in psi: 25-43
Evap. Temp in F: 40-65
High side in psi: 165-270
Ambient temp. in F: 90-100

Hope this helps.

That Hi side pressure scares me. I'm wondering if there's too much oil in the system.

It's up there isn't it! The compressor was barking a little bit, so I put the first 2oz oil charge in. I don't think I got it all in, but I did with the 2nd 2oz charge. What does too much oil do?
Nothing could have as much oil as the old smoker used to have. It would shoot out green foam that looked like Shrek's shaving cream from the Schrader valves, and you could see the green foam in the rec/dryer site glass. cooled unbelievably well. Never did check the pressures on that car.
So do yall think I should let a little out? No way to be exact with any of this, though....

To let some out, hook an empty or partially full can to the low side with the compressor off. Put the can in ice water, and the refrigerant will flow into it.

I usually just vent into a rag. Gotta catch that oil too without making too big a mess. Guess I will remove a little this afternoon after I watch Tiger win his 13th major........
