cylinder head bolt tension

can anybody help me on the torque when I tighten my cylinder head bolt. My engine is a 617 on a 300d 123 body.

What is the recommended torque for tightening?

What is the recommended BTDC for an 170,000 km old engine?

79 model automatic 300d
79 model manual 300d
