I have an '87 300D. Many of us are well over 100,000 miles on even non daily drivers. As a DIYer, I've had a bit of trouble finding internal injector parts still made in Germany (nozzle, pressure shim, spring, etc) Thanks to an in-law who happens to be a mechanic and garage owner in Germany, (no, really) I have found a good source of high quality parts,via his suppliers.

The only catch is buying in bulk. Parts in 6 ea. at a time is not cost effective, BUT by the gross is. Truth be known, if you can pull out your injectors for a test, you can replace nozzles, shims, etc. and KNOW they are good quality parts.


I POSE THE QUESTION TO THE GROUP -- How many members would be interested in injector parts for a very reasonable price?


I know this group is MB specific... VW, Deutz, Opel and some other
European imports, including CDI, could also be supported.
