300d- Aux Fan- should It turn by hand?

My Aux fan has never moved, the fuse blows.

I cannot move the blades by hand,
Should I be able to?

Take it apart

If you get that far - bend the crown washer (or whatever it's called) tab down - the nut has reversed threads.

See if you can get the fan off the motor - might be some rocks or debris caught in the motor preventing it from turning.

I replaced mine with a fan motor off a volvo found in the pick-n-pull. Not too much modification required....
