Front end clunk, stops when breaking
74 240d. It was very faint about 300 miles from the passenger side. Now it beyong ignoring. It first started when turning slighly right. Now it is on right turns and straight away but stops when brake is applied. It's considerable louder then it was. I rechecked my brake job I did 500 miles ago for loose bolts and such. There were none. I searched the forum but couldn't find anything that stopped when the brake was depressed.
Thanks! |

D'oh! Good thing you figured it out. That could have been a lot of not-fun down the road.
