Could also be the oil/air separator tube as well. The o-rings are known to fail.

Check the air filter housing for pooling oil, and feel underneath and see if you can move the oil/air separator drian tube around. If you can move it, it's time to replace the o-rings and make sure it's bolted down tight.

when I searched and found this issue too, I hoped it was that easy. But I had the air filter housing off yesterday to fix a broken arm on the mount, everything on the bottom of the air filter was dry and the tube going down to the pan was solid and dry.

I can see the metal tube for the turbo supply going back to the back on the passenger side and the block is shiny wet back there, but it is all dirty and caked and I am afraid to disturb it too much until I know how to replace the tube. I read it was not metal all the way back but the info I found was too general to give me confidence and the identify the offending part.
