The tail pipe is on the ground!

well... my 81 300td has been goin through some trials lately... i awoke one morning after a terrible wind storm a week ago and the entire tail pipe exhaust system was sitting on the ground(except from the origin point, that was still connected)... crazy... so i got it up on jacks and looked at it, and i can not for the life of me figure out how to put it back on! somehow it came loose and fell down, i cant figure out how though? there were no screws laying around on the ground, no brackets, no nothing. any ideas on how to put this baby back in place?
