Need Help
i am new to this forum. Please correct me if i have done this improperly.
This is my problem. My wife drives a 1987 300sdl and we are in a very bitter lawsuit with an ex partner. On Sept. 4. 2007 the left outer tie rod nut was removed from the tie rod end. Fortunately she was not going fast when the tie rod came loose. I have affadavits from the tire shop that did all the work, but I wonder if Mercedes has any technical data describing the nylon insert lock nut that is used on the 300 sdl series. My local mercedes dealer has so far been unable to help me.
