Removal of IP on my 83300cd

Guess I am just leary of pulling my ip off. Is there anything to watch out for? I am not getting any fuel out of the pump on the two rear lines. Car runs but very rufff. How do I tell when I am on #1 cylinder

You have checked that there is some fuel pressure in the pump by at least checking the return line for flow? Plus not a lot of air entering the pump?

The front three nozzles shoot fuel out very well. It will run verrrry rough but when you advance the throttle it smooths out. Since there is no fuel coming out of the lines at the injectors I assume it is the pump. The lines were blown out and there are no bubbles at the injectors.
