w126 seat into a w124?

Does anyone know if the seat mounting points on a w126 seat will line up with the seat mounting points in a w124? Sure hope so.

Also, I have access to an '83 300TD. It has a few parts you guys may be interested in. It is a rust free body but the hood has been demolished. All glass is good. Any parts interests need to be sent to me at mercedesonthebrain@gmail.com. I was told that it runs and has 269,000 miles. I checked it out Friday and it does fire but I didn't have enough fuel with me to get it started. Car is full of junk and the interior is SHOT!
