Serious fuel leak on W210 solved
While driving around town yesterday I noticed an aroma in the car that wasn't pleasant. Upon my next startup I got a low battery warning. Hmmm, I thought, this could be interesting, low batt and fuel smell. When I got home, up went the hood and I had fuel everywhere, including the alternator. Upon inspection it seemed the leak was from under the cover for the injectors. "leaking return line" I hoped. Upon removal of the injector cover, ALL SIX injector wells were full of fuel
