fuel preheater hose

Hi all--I need to replace the two fuel lines that lead in and out of my fuel preheater. The lines that lead to the heat exchanger to be exact. They're the one's that are insulated with another hose on the outside. Or can I just use regular fuel line? Both are leaking from under the insulation right onto my new motor mount--can't have that. Looked for a part # with no luck. Help anyone? Oh yea... 602.962 motor, 1990 2.5 turbo
