How to stop seat back from creaking?

I put a post up a few days ago, asking how to get the hard plastic panel seat back off, (where the netting is). I got a few responses and it looks like it's not an easy task.

Before I go to that extent, I should have asked .... not how to take the seat back off, but how to stop the creaking!!

I traced the problem to the hard plastic seat back, at the bottom. It sort of curves toward the front of the car. If I go to the rear passenger footwell area, and pull down on that area, that's what's causing the creaking. I guess it gets the same sensation when I'm sitting in the seat and move or hit a bump. Another thing is, if I were to take the hard plastic seat back off, I don't know what I could do with it to get it to stop creaking anyways. So best if I can fix it without taking it off.

I've found that spraying rubbing parts with silicone works for awhile. Then it needs to be reapplied.
