HELP!!! Mono Wiper Assembly Removal 1991 300D 2.5

Following the instructions here: http://www.startekinfo.com/StarTek/outside/12264/disc_2/Program/Chassis/82-0680.pdf and also a manual from **************, I am attempting to remove the mono wiper assembly from the car so I can access the blower motor for routine maintenance.

I have all of the fasteners removed.

But the assembly will not come out. I have wiggled it every which way. Almost like it won't clear the threaded shafts that the nuts screw onto.

What do I do?

Did you release the clamp #5 in the procedure?

Hood fully up and latched, wiper raissd from windshield and latched, once all bolts are loose it should be able to be rotated up and down to release it from the mount bolts and lift out with the wiper still on it.
I have done this several times, just recently for a windshield replacement.
