Weird signal lights

Weird signal lights

The 4 way signals work correct.
The left signal works at the correct speed
The right signal runs fast, like a bulb is burnt out. The bulb is OK.
If the 4 way is turned on when the right signal is on the speed will correct on all 4 lights.
I can’t figure it out and don’t know where to start to fix this problem. Has anyone experienced this or have an idea where to look.
