Rust in coolant

Hey, just recently did a citrus flush on a '83 300SD. Now, I keep getting rust in my coolant. I mean ALOT. After a few days - 50 miles - coolant tank turns blood red with rust. I have flushed 10 times or so until clear, no change. Oh yeah, i fill with G-05 and distilled water after every flush. Any ideas how to resolve this problem?

flush?

when you say flush are you flushing just the radiator....

or the whole system including the engine block (block drain)....

and when you say "citric flush" describe your ordeal.
how long did you have the citric in there? how well did you flush? it takes over a week to use the citric in there, and it takes all day with the plugs out, to get it all flushed out! heater core, etc.

And before you do the citric acid flush, you are supposed to deoil the system. Maybe you did, but you didn't say so.

Are you SURE it's rust? Because when I changed my lower radiator hose out for the new block-heater one (from dieselgiant.com), there was a LOT of that orange coolant encrusted inside the hose. That's probably what you're seeing when you flush.
