Euro OEM headlights, where, who and how?

Just a quick Q.
Where on this side of the pond can I find a set of OEM (Hella or Bosch) Euro headlights?

My 1991 300TD turbo even though LHD came from Japan and has a set of RHD lights, not to mention the reflectoer is busted in one of them... Grrrr.
