A diesel purge may help you locate the problem.
Make a mini tank, plastic bottle of some kind, put supply and return lines in, fill with fuel, see what happens.
In post #9, injector caps were cracked, if I read that right.

all glow plugs measured .5 ohms resistance at the gp relay. Battery is showing 12.3 volts. GP relay is showing 12.3 volts on both sides of 80 amp fuse. Tomorrow I am going to try running the car off of a temporary tank. Any other suggestions?

Also I did not crack the injector caps, I cracked the hard lines. Sorry for the mix up.
