W210 Manuals---Help!

I purchased a manual for my 1998 E300D off of ebay and lo and behold when it arrived it was digital! I got 4 cd's and when I tried to install the Program Manager and WIS it never works---there are a number of issues with the install.
I am frustrated because I wasn't told it was digital and now I cannot get it to install properly. However, all of the necessary files for running the PM and WIS are on the cd's so that if I could get it installed I think I would have something to work with.
Can anyone HELP me with this problem?
