I am guessing, an idle adjuster. If it were not blurry I might have a better idea.

Rack Damper pin.
It is amazing how replacing that little pin will settle down a shaky engine.

Rack damper pin indeed. I spent 30 mins above my running engine once to fine tune the idle and get rid of the shake with a new one. It has been rock steady since. Never even a slight shake. Well worth it.
