W202 - how to remove gas tank

I have a C220 Diesel and I need to remove the gas tank to clean it very well. Our diesel here in the Philippines is very dirty. I just changed filters and after just a few days it's black again. I think the tank has to be cleaned.

Some day I have to remove the rear suspension? Is this true? I was hoping to only remove the Propeller shaft and muffler + tank brackets. Was thinking of a DIY with someone to help me. But if I have to remove the rear suspension I might just bring it to a shop.
