123 rearview mirror ?

How do you remove the rearview mirrorstalk?? I want the overhead panel but dont see how to remove the rearview mount.

they come off easy, some can be a bugger to get off.
the one on my car I uses a dead blow hammer, put the handle against
the stalk and hit the head with the palm of my hand.

the one at Pick N Pull I had to work at.

there were three HP ratings on the OM616...

1) Not much power
2) Even less power
3) Not nearly enough power!! 240D w/auto

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.
