IP Full Load Adjustment 617 Turbo

I need a pictorial or guide on adjusting an injection pump for full load. I have the oil filter off and the engine sitting on the ground. ive heard its easier to do it now. This car will be tuned for performance soon after it is in the car running. Its an 84 617. Forced linked me to Schuman forum where they have this stuff but I needed an account to access the images. I made an account, my email address was already in use (even though it wasn't because its djeglinski@gmail.com). So i tried my alt email account. Worked. I had the email correct, Ive gone back and checked it . I never received the confirmation email. Now that I think of it, I may have tried to register there a long time ago (when i got my first car) and hence the used email. I remember signing up somewhere and never getting the email. I looked for the load adjustment here, and only found one thread of use, but his link was 404.

Can anyone please dl this posters picture and host it on imageshack or something for me?

We can't post it on here. Because it has "copyright" in the picture some people here had kind of a hissy about it.

They recently changed servers and are having issues with the new hosts.

Forced, someone has done the deed already. Looking at the image I see what is adjusted, but in the thread title it says "Procedure" but it has no procedure, just a diagram. So heres my quick question for you lance. What way do i turn it to increase the fuel? How many turns do I turn it (lets say at this point im just going to add an air/water inter cooler, so I wont need a crap load more fuel)

Hit Man X 02-22-2008 03:39 AM

617 = CW for more fuel
603 = CCW for more fuel

Three concentric nuts on the 617, loosen the middle and turn the inner most to the pump body. 1/4-1/2 turn is a good start.

 You do not have to register a copyright for you to have one.

No but you do have to have a date and a (c) or © to work right.

Apparently this got me banned at schumans. For pointing out the fact that it is NOT properly copyrighted. How lame. I am probably going to have to call Henry to get this fixed.

That doesn't help me with my ban. It's irritating at best.

How pathetic of him. Henry should be ashamed of himself for not understanding copyright laws.
