300TD Hatch Lock Vacuum Element

I've tracked a vacuum leak down to the rear hatch actuator in my 1984 300TD. In shopping for a replacement, I keep finding ones for the passenger and rear doors, but not the hatch. They look somewhat different (see photos below, first is mine from the hatch, 2nd is the photo that I see when looking for the part online). Does anybody know if the actuator for the hatch is a different part, or is the same as the ones for the doors?
