no power

I tried to start my 85 300SD and there was no power. I pulled the battery and put it on the charger and the charger indicated that it was at full charge. I put the battery back in and tried to start and no power.Windows do not work or the radio or the dome light. Any ideas on where to look first. It has been sitting for 3 weeks.
