300SDL vs 350SDL

I have the option to purchase a 91 350SDL w/ 230k or an 87 300SDL w/ 300k.
The 91 had lost oil pressure, then not driven and the 87 runs and drives great.
Prices are similar. I am wondering what would be the best candidate for a swap into a 201 and possible rebuild. I will be mating it to my 2.6 5-speed trans, but i am not sure if i will rebuild it first or not. Which engine is more 'sound'? Is the 350 really expensive to rebuild compared to the 300? If i were to do a larger turbo setup later on down the road, would the 300 or 350 be better suited for the added stress? Thanks for your time!
