somewhere between 30 cents and $800 dollars depending on if I use plastic or gold. Actually i need some prints from someone to use for the waterjet and then I'll have a better Idea. Guaranteed it will be cheaper than anyone else.

It was Santa Rosa for $400. No drawings exist. I gave the pieces and my trap cat to the machinist/welder and said "make me a test pipe that will fit in place of the trap cat but don't damage the cat just in case I need to put it back." He did a great job, any dimensional errors were not noticeable when I installed the pipe.

I'm pretty sure I could do it for 200 no problem in production. Let's just say it would be the most resonable price you'll find anywhere in the world. I just need someone who wants a discount to send me a cat and whatever else I need to draw the flanges up since I'll be making all new stuff for it. I made a jeep liberty turbo adapter for bgast and winmutt. They worked with me until all the dimensions where right, down to the .001 of an inch, so if people are serious than someone needs to step up to the plate and send me some stuff so I can get started. The turbo adapter that I made apparently came out perfect. here it is.

Thanks,
jon

I agree; much of my guy's time was set-up & making a jig to hold the parts for welding. One-offs are always expensive.

lovers

Plus,
I do all this work out of my love for these cars. I own and drive one, so they have a special place in my heart. The one off for bgcast would have been astronimical, but you can ask him the steal he got from monstercraftsman.

Let me check with the guy who built my test pipe, see if he will part with with the jig he put together. You will still need a trap cat to copy from. I could lend you mine for awhile but my car is for sale and the trap cat has to go with it, in case the new owner ever needs it to go back on the car.

PM ConnClark. I think he has a spare, and I know he would be interested in the "test pipe".

Can't get a reply from connclark. Does anyone have a cat that I can borrow or buy. I really want to finish this project. I live in pa so I can't salvage one and I can't track one down on the internet.

I already have a test pipe. I will loan you my trap cat if you will pay for the shipping both ways.
