Speaking of green....

I saw a green TD/TE W123 yesterday. I dont understand the fascination with the color its ugly as sin to me.

Cool ... one less person to compete with for a green w123. Now to work on Jimmy.

This is my green benz. I'm on the lookout for that light green that I think is probably the more polarizing shade. I agree with Chad, one less competitor

The shade doesn't matter: light, dark

I too, like the green Benz, but mine'll have to be the dark one( like Yellowbenz') with palomino or beige interior. All my dodge trucks were that color on purpose. I liked the color. The light green(Seafoam I think,) just doesn't do it for me at all.)

So one more in the race.

At least there isn't one more in the race for green on green.

derburger,

Sounds as if that car is "Ripe" for WVO from Mac's steak house.

Saw a wonderful 1985 123 Diesel yesterday, Gold/Tan, 156,000 miles whole car looked like it had been kept in a garage all it's life. perfect interior. it is going to be for sale. The owner is the second owner. He put 50,000 of those miles on in about 7 years. He's asking $3500.00 Nice Car!

Cool ... it's a green on green 380SL I know it's not a diesel or a w123, but a classic green on green MB is worth a post.

I think the W123 green is a fine color. There is a local 450SL that is so yellow, it apears to have a green tone to it - nothing like any MBZ yellow ever seen. Now this one could say is ugly! However, none of these cars are as boring as all the new cars running around; they're all silver. What a drag!

I didn't know you were looking for a green squash -- why didn't you say something? I have 3 w123s and 2 w126 hunted down. Timing is everything; and I think one of the w123s is green.
