what is this part?

Hello I just bought this 83 300d, it has a hard shift, which I read was a vaccuum leak problem, anyway I opened the hood and see that this plastic part is broken where there used to be a vac line connected. I just cant make out which part it is on the vac diagrams. The little nipple barb that connects the hose has broken maybe I can glue it back on?

I would really apreciate if someone could tell me what this part is and where I can get a new one.
