EGR valve
Can anyone advice me about EGR valve at 1997 -Sprinter -212
3000 cc-turbointercooler so somebody advices to remove it as it makes excess carbon deposit around upper cylinder. Thanks for helps, cuneyt

Hi Jazzbo,
While my car is very different from your Sprinter, I can tell you this. I removed mine, left it off for a while, then put it back on. When I put it back on my car seemed to have run better! My advice (for what it is worth) leave it on... I wish I was back in Turkey! I lived in Adana for several years and had a GREAT time. jeric

I haven't got any reply yet against to my problem on EGR valve.
I thing reason is model of my MB so its not familiar in America. okay,Sprinter 212 which is a van - original German made and engine is 5 cyl.3000 cc turbo intercooler-electronic VE type fuel injection pump, thank you for your advices again, jazzbo
