Oil pump chain
My engine is out and the oil pan is off. I need to replace the chain but no specific info is in the engine manual. A note refers to section 01-107 but I do not have that. It also states not to use a master link. Has anyone done a replacement chain that can pass along the correct procedure? I tried a few searches but did not find anything specific.

Thanks. It is an 82 300D Turbo. The photo's from your manual are much clearer that mine. I thought I had to remove the front cover but now it looks like I might not have to.
