Do I sell it as ia or part it out? Help me decide.

My '83 300D with a manual transmission swap is on the chopping block. I bought it in late '06 as a daily driver. I did a manual transmission swap with parts from an '83 300D euro model in April of '07. I actually had it up for sale earlier this year but decided not to sell it as diesel prices were shooting up and I needed to park my truck for a while. I drove the car regularly until April of this year when I stumbled upon my '92 300D. The w124 is now my daily driver and the '83 has been sitting since. The big issue that i have with this car is that it looks to have had the driver side rear quarter panel replaced. The repair job looks like its starting to rust (see the pics) around the edges.

The front and rear suspension and steering components are shot (loose steering), the ac has issues (will hold charge but not cooling well) and the parking brake is not holding. I'm looking for opinions on what to do with it. I'm leaning towards parting it out but it would be great to just sell the whole thing and save myself time. I'm interested in any thought you guys might have to offer.

sell it as a whole... but if you do part it out you can always drag the remaining metal to the scrap yard and make more money off of it.

How much you want for it? Is it safe to drive 60mph?

You consider that a lot of issues? I've fixed about $7500 of issues on my car in the past 5 years....thats issues! I could still fix more but I am holding off to protect my wallet. Fix it and drive it!
