Engine exploded diagram

Does anyone have an exploded view of a 84 300 sd turbo engine they can send me. I have been looking at manuals on ebay. Bought two so far that were terrible. I have a third that is supposed to be very good enroute.

I am tearing down a engine and would like some visual help.

If you have a pdf manual, could you send the section on overhauling the engine. It would help loads right now.

Thanks

Jim

forcedinduction is selling copies of the entire engine manual on CD.

Search in the open discussion forum for his thread on th issue.

the documents are too large to send via email.

for a general diagram / cut away of the engine, search in this forum for 'engine of the month'

the engine is om617.952 or 0m617.951

Until you locate a engine manual, ************************ has some exploded views on their site.

Here's a cutaway

Does this help? It's a longitudinal and cross section cutaway diagram of an OM 617A engine (looks like for a W116).

I don't remember where I got it originally, but I cleaned up in Photoshop so it looks much better. If you think it could be useful, IM me with your email address I'll send the full-size version.

Thanks,
bigmaq

Thanks,
