Must be the time of year for Electrical issues -W123

Thought Id post over here, the patient is an 85 - 300D
Sudden onset of strange behavior, turn signal stalk up to right, both blinkers come on in the dash pod, one turn signal works in front, both in back and door buzzer sounds in tune with the blink
push down to left, no repsonse. One high beam out, but bulb shows continuity
4 way flasher works fine
any thoughts, I dont know where to begin. I thought ground, but where?
thought 4 way - but it seem ot be working
continuity on all wires coming out of combination switch to connection.

thoughts???
