Strange Wear and Shimmy?

I just got new Avons on my 300D. I love the tire, they really are great! Especially in the rain! Well, I also had the front end re-done on my car. Boy, its like all new and aligned. But I notice the left front tire is wearing more on the side-wall than the right. Not much, maybe a 3 tenths of an inch. Maybe I make more hard right turns than left?

Also, something I notice on my 300D, when past 60 till about 75, the wheel shimmys a bit when slightly turned in either direction. But its fine when top dead center. Is this common??? I've heard that all Mercs dive on turns, and the shimmy is the side of the tire, but who knows???

I had the same issue. Alignment fixed mine.
