W-126 Wheel and light upgrade

I have a 1985 300SD. It currently has the 14 inch wheels and glass sealed beam headlights. I have 15 inch rims and composite head lights from a 1987 300SDL. I was told for the wheels I need to make spacers for the wheels. Is there a company that sells the spacer or do you know of the specs and the material to get (and from where) to make spacers? For the lights, will they plug in without any modification to the wiring harness or is there an adapter that I can buy to make it work? I appreciate your advice.
