Question Need help on this hose line

92 330SD is located on the passenger side above the fender cover very close to fire wall. the other side of the line has a filter and a few "Ys" connectors. By the way my A/C is not blowing cold air. Can this hose be related to the A/C.. not working.

That's a vent line for the emission control vacuum devices. I don't know if it hangs loose like that in the engine bay or continues to the cabin, but as a vent it doesn't connect to anything. It has no relevance to AC not blowing cold. For that, check refrigerant pressure.

check and see where your EGR vac line leads too.
I think that is where that should go. that elbow fitting goes on top of the EGR .That line feeds through the wall at the bottom right corner of the EDS box.
if you follow this line towards the front of the car it should lead to the two vac. transformers(under the air filter box) which one is for the turbo.
