Electrical Issues, of course!

My 85 190D 2.2 is blowing fuses all of a sudden...Yes, all of a sudden, when I turn on the heater blower motor, I blow a fuse. My electric vaccum pump (for the locks) under the rear seat, all of a sudden does not work (burnt). I am looking for the blower motor, but unlike my 83 300DT, I cannot find it under the dash on the passenger side...Where is it?

If someone can give me some insight as to where to go at this point, i would appreciate it!
