Injector not getting fuel after changing valve holder
So I had to replace a valve holder after stripping the old one. After replacing the copper washer and rubber o-ring I proceeded to bleeding the injector connected to this valve holder but it is apprently not getting any fuel. Im thinking that I made the mistake of taking out the two peice valve body below the spring, apparently this messes things up?? Is there a special way this needs to go back in because I dont really see it.
Also, I have torqued the valve holder to 25nm, then 30nm. Although I am not sure if this is the correct spec for a 70' 220D. Any help is greatly appreciated since this is my daily driver. Sean |

Yep, im completely stumped. Ive even lubricated the little pin that fits in the valve body below the spring, to make sure it wasnt sticking.
