wiring diagram
Hey is there anyone out there with knowledge of where I can find a wiring diagram for an 84 300 CD. I had my stereo stolen and many wires cut and am having a hard time determining the stereo wiring. I'm only seeing 4 speaker wires and I'm thinking there should be 8 (4 leads 4 grounds). Thanks much,

There are only 4 wires for the factory stereo speakers. The stereo is a 2-channel unit, not 4. Front speakers carry the same programming as the rears. Black/red (left) and black/green (right) go to the "fader" control in the console; black (left) and white (right) go to the junction of the front and rear speakers for each side.
If you have an aftermarket stereo, obviously we can't be of as much help. Jeremy
